Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this includes the PCB, ICC, and regional cricket boards. Incorrectly settled bets will be recalculated and accounts adjusted accordingly.
